Introducing:  Oquirrh Mountain Ballet Company

A Community Ballet Company open to EVERYONE age 6 to adult.  Oquirrh Mountain Ballet will be performing the NUTCRACKER this December.  Auditions will be September 11 and 12 @ Wasatch Arts Center.  OMBC is directed by Alice White with Jessica Yergenson as Choreographer.  Visit  www.facebook.com/oquirrhmountainballet for more information.

Dance Company Auditions, May 8th

DANCE COMPANY AUDITIONS, MAY 8TH @ 4:30 pm
Any dancer age 9 and up is invited to audition for our Performing Dance Company.  Our Performing Companies are designed for dancers wishing to develop their technique and artistry in dance while experiencing a significant number of performance opportunities.  In addition to extra recital pieces, Dance Company Members attend festivals, workshops and benefit concerts. Dancers are exposed to different dance styles.  We have a great time dancing together and making new friends!  Come audition!

4:30 to 4:45 pm - Parent Meeting, Important information about the schedule, requirements and cost will be discussed. 
Auditions should last about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.  Dancers will be taught choreography in different styles and will also be required to show us turns, jumps, splits and other technique during the audition.

Daddy Daughter Dance 2015

We are so excited for the Daddy Daughter Dance this year.  We have something really special planned! This year we are inviting fathers of both younger and teenage daughters to participate.  Fathers with daughters in both age groups will be able to participate as they will be on-stage at different times.  The vision is of a boy growing into a Dad and the stages of Fatherhood with a daughter growing up.  This will be an absolute life-memory for your daughters and wives so you don't want to miss it!  Thanks to all who have supported this dance in the past and to those of you who will be there this year. You will not be disappointed!  

Rehearsals will be on Saturdays at 2:15 to 3:15 pm starting on April 25^th with another possible weekday rehearsal. We need to know how many Dads and daughters will be involved in order to figure out the choreography. We are looking for about 30 Dads!
Please let us know if you’d like to participate. Cost is $25 per daughter, second daughter $15.
